Those early morning runs in Brevard, NC, meant two things. First, your legs were sore from the hard miles on the Pisgah trails the day before. Second, no matter if you were running "uptown,” the "corn fields," or on the "parkway," you were encased in a heather-like blanket of fog. The same fog which is the namesake of the Great Smokey Mountains.
Most of those mornings the miles were soft, reserved...comfortable. However, there was always the potential for something a little more, something a little quicker, a little...testier.
The Blue Ridge Shirt feels like brushed cotton and is so comfortable you might want to use it as a PJ. However, the technical nature of the fabric allows it to wick moisture far better than any cotton shirt allowing you to wear it with jeans...or running shorts.
