Perfect fit!

Love it! Wish I had purchased the shorts as well

Marcus, concise and confident, “Perfect fit.” “Love it.” Few words, but they say everything. The kind of satisfaction that doesn’t need embellishment. You mentioned wishing you’d grabbed the bibs too, I reached out, hoping to help make that happen, but perhaps you were already out on the road, putting the jersey to good use.

Either way, thank you for the kind words and the miles you’ll no doubt give them. Some things, after all, don’t need explanation, they just work.

Done Buying Jerseys

I tried to submit this through the email I received, not sure if it went through since it asked for a code that I never received (WTF). I ordered an XL jersey for this event and didn't see any indication on the event page that these jerseys were tiny "race cut" jerseys. At 6'1" and 200lbs I need a true XL, not the tiny jersey I received. I gave it away to a smaller friend, ugh.

Michael shared that the jersey fit smaller than expected, and I understand the frustration. His note, “I’m done buying cycling jerseys”, suggests the disappointment runs deeper than this one order, which I completely get. Every brand interprets fit differently, and our race cut is intentionally close-fitting and performance-oriented. After his review, I reached out personally to offer a replacement in his preferred size at no additional cost, but didn’t hear back.

For riders who prefer a more individualized fit, we also offer a made-to-measure program, the only one of its kind in cycling apparel, allowing each jersey to be custom-tailored to the rider’s exact measurements.

I truly appreciate the feedback and hope that, somewhere along the road, Michael finds the fit that makes riding feel effortless again.
