WHAT THIS IS

Selected for how you show up.

The Standard Bearer Collective is a small group of athletes selected becuase of how they participate in their local community.

Members are not chosen for follower counts or race results alone. They support their communities, appreciate the details, and represent endurance sport well.

YOUR STANDARD ISSUE

Issued, not given.

We're placing kit in your hands for a reason.

A Reãl jersey and bibs, identical to those sold at retail, distinguished only by a subtle Standard Bearer Collective mark.

Should the product earn a place in your rotation, members also receive preferred pricing on future purchases.

You'll also receive early access to future releases, limited color studies, and occasional opportunities to be involved in the development of future products.

WHAT I ASK

Ride it. Then decide.

Wear the kit in training, racing, and group environments.

There is no expectation that members wear only Reãl.

If you like it, ride in it some more. If you genuinely enjoy the kit, let others know.

Should the product earn a place in your rotation, I'd love to see it become a larger part of your training and racing wardrobe over time.

Provide honest feedback. Help me understand what works, what doesn't, and where we can improve. Over time, I may also ask you to identify others in your community who carry the standard and may deserve consideration for the Collective.

A FEW QUESTIONS

Is there a cost to join?

No. Membership in the Standard Bearer Collective includes a complimentary Reãl kit. There is no cost to join and no purchase is required.

What exactly do I receive?

Members receive a Reãl jersey and bibs identical to those sold at retail, distinguished only by a subtle Standard Bearer Collective mark. Members also receive preferred pricing on future purchases and early access to future releases, limited color studies, and select product development opportunities.

Do I have to wear only Reãl?

No. Members are encouraged to continue racing, training, and participating however they normally would. The hope is simply that the product earns a place in your rotation over time.

How are members selected?

The Collective is invitation only. New members are added carefully over time through trusted relationships, recommendations from existing members, and additional vetting within the community.

Can I recommend someone for the Collective?

Yes. Over time, active members may be asked to identify others in their community who carry the standard and may deserve consideration for future invitations.

What cities are currently included?

The program begins in Atlanta and will expand deliberately into additional communities over time. Growth will be driven by people first, then geography.

When will I receive my kit?

After accepting your invitation, you'll receive an email with ordering instructions, available kit options, sizing information, and estimated delivery timelines.

Am I expected to post on social media?

No. The Collective is not built around follower counts or content requirements. If you enjoy the gear and choose to share it, that's appreciated, but not expected.

Will there be opportunities to be more involved?

Yes. From time to time there may be opportunities to participate in photoshoots, test future products, provide feedback, or contribute to the development process.
