Height:

With back and feet against the wall, measure from the floor to the top of the head. How to measure?

Waist:

Tie a string around the waist (find that by having the athlete bend side to side), measure along the string. How to measure?

Chest:

Measure along the fullest part of the chest - keep tape parallel to floor. How to measure?

Center Front Length:

Measure from the suprasternal notch to the waist line. How to measure?

Center Back:

Measure from the C7 vertebrae to the waist line. How to measure?

Shoulder Width:

Measure across the top of shoulders and nape, from the top of one shoulder joint to top of other shoulder joint. How to measure?

Sleeve Length:

With arm bent, hand on hip, measure from shoulder joint, down around the elbow to the wrist bone. How to measure?

Sleeve circumference around the bicep:

Measure around the fullest part of the bicep. How to measure?

Sleeve circumference at the elbow:

Measure around the bend of the elbow. How to measure?

Hip:

With feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part the hip area, keeping tape parallel to the floor. How to measure?

Inseam:

With feet approximately 6" apart, measure from crotch to floor. How to measure?

Upper Thigh:

Measure close to the crotch, around the thigh, keeping tape parallel to floor. How to measure?

Mid Thigh:

Measure halfway between the crotch and the top of the knee cap, around the thigh, keeping tape parallel to floor. How to measure?

Thigh, just above the knee:

Measure above the top of the knee cap, around the thigh, keeping tape parallel to floor. How to measure?

The knee:

Measure around the knee cap, keeping tape parallel to floor. How to measure?

Total rise:

Measure from the waistline on one side, through the crotch, to the waistline on the opposite side. How to measure?

Full Torso:

Measure from the front neckline, down below the crotch and back up to the neckline in the rear, taking care to avoid constriction at the crotch. How to measure?
